Default Sci-Fi TV Shows

What science-fiction shows do you like, animated or life action? Which is your favorite.

I am a big fan of the Star Trek and Stargate TV shows (except Voyager, that series had big problems which were never addressed.) I also love the original Twilight Zone, it is one of the smartest shows ever to hit the small screen. I've watched a bit of Doctor Who and Babylon 5, but I've never really gotten into them.

My favorite series is Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The show never gained the pop culture status or popularity of TNG or TOS, but in my opinion was a superior show. It features a great cast of both heroes and villains alike, and an overall great storyline that pioneered the future of serialized TV. The thing I like most about was it's willingness to address topics and admit that there isn't always a black-and-white solution, yet still remain optimistic. Just check out the episodes "In the Pale Moonlight", "Duet", or "The Siege of AR-558" to see the strength in that.

But enough about me, what about y'all?

Does Rick and Morty count as a sci-fi show? I watch that on occasion.

The returned and wayward pines were more like thriller/dramas but with elements of science fiction in them. I found those shows to be pretty good.

If Rick and Morty counts, I love that show. I also loved The X Files and Doctor Who. Aside from those I haven't seen many sci-fi shows, but X Files and Doctor Who are two of my favorite shows ever.

I haven't watched that many sci-fi shows, but I've enjoyed a fair amount of older Doctor Who episodes, with the guy with the long scarf.

A super strange show is Legion. my brother made us watch a bunch of episodes on family movie night. i swear you need to take notes to keep track of what is going on. even my brother had to rewind it back to watch some parts over again because he didn't understand either...lol

its good, just have to pay attention every single sec. if you miss a few seconds, you'll be lost forever....JK.
