Default i found some useful coping strategies

so, itís june tomorrow and it marks my 4th year self harming/3rd year cutting. iíve tried so many different coping methods, with not many of them working and none of them working effectively, for a long time.

iíve tried researching so many different strategies, but they all seem really vague or useless - however, i found a UK website that separates different strategies between how and why youíre harming.

i found this helpful because sometimes i do it because iím sad, sometimes iím numb. i found a correlation between the emotions iím feeling and how effective the strategies were.

iíve never really seen this anywhere, so i thought iíd put it in here struggling with self harm.
