Default To quote or not to quote....

Hi.

I'm just wondering if there's anywhere to see where it's okay to quote and not. A while ago a post of mine was removed from a thread since it apparently wasn't allowed to quote anyone in that particular thread. However, reading the rules over and over, I couldn't find anything about that particular rule. It would be nice to know, since I got my heart up my throat every time I quote someone, just in case it's not okay. xD

Thanks in advance for clearing this up to me.

In the 'personal' threads in TWPR (send a message, how you're feeling, say what's on your mind, etc.) the purpose of these threads is to leave a message and move on, not to comment on what someone else has to say. If you look on the first post of each of these threads it does mention this.
