I don't see why not unless the administrators have objections and you follow the rules. You're fine by me.
Also I think that yes adolescence or puberty can go into your 20's.

I am gay and happy with that.
I love talking to people very open & willing to listen.
I am also glad to try help with questions or problems.
Hit me up for anything. I promise I don't bite.

You don't need such articles as an example justification to sign up here, as long as your age and your intensions are in line with the rules of the forum.

But as far as I can tell, users outgrow the forum with 22, and then tend to cherish only nostalgic feelings when they think for it.

Also I guess, this thread doesn't belong to the puberty section.

I think "puberty" technically means only one thing --> For guys, reaching puberty means we are producing healthy sperm in quantities that can impregnate a female. We are fertile. I think I've read most boys have reached puberty by their 15th birthday, and definitely by their 16th birthday.

Exactly. Idk about the ages you posted. Every body is different. But pretty sure puberty means the time a kids body is changing the FIRST time. I'm 18 and my body is still changing. Dick still growing (barely). Hair still getting thicker on face and I assume chest and stuff (barely). And muscles (decent changes). But I don't consider myself pubescent. And certainly not 24yos.

Most importantly is you (the OP) are not a teen. You posted 18 times in 2013. Not as a 24yo you return? Sorta weird imo.

So according to Wikipedia:
Quote:
Puberty is the process of physical changes through which a child's body matures into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction.
So if you place the emphasis on "capable of sexual reproduction" you could well define the end of puberty that way. It isn't something with an obvious external sign, though. You could assume, based on Janczewsky and Bablock, that it is two years after first ejaculation. Tanner takes a different approach and uses testicular volume as a proxy - as most of the volume of the testicles is involved in making sperm and only a small part devoted to making testosterone, once they have reached adult volume presumably they have reached adult output too.

If you place the emphasis on "adult body" you may be waiting a little longer as it may take longer to reach adult height and even after that there is likely still to be some more muscle increase and some hair growth.

Also referring back to the Wikipedia definition of puberty as a process there is also a beginning and, when you say someone has "reached puberty" that seems ambiguous to me. Do you mean "started" or "finished"?

Anyway, even if you define puberty as finishing comparatively early, as above, it doesn't change the fact that people continue to develop mentally, i.e. adolescence rather than puberty, and some of the questions here as much about thoughts and behaviour as bodily changes.

l read somewhere that girls are fully grown by the time they're 18 - 20 and about 2 years older for boys, wouldn't that be the end of puberty?

Yeah, but its more about mental age or maturity. Now we need more time to grow up

Sorry for my English...

Just that, they're as tall and big as they're going to be.

I suppose that it is true. I've been shaving everyday since Gr 8 and still don't have a full moustache. I have a full neck beard and the rest though.

I mean I heard in some article that we do stop growing when we are around 18, but we still develop. NewLeafsFan, I shave as well, and I am trying to grow a beard, but eh its mostly on the neck, so I just keep a mustache and a goatee.
