Default Don't have an eating disorder

but at the same time, I am 85 lbs, and 5 foot 1. My bmi is 15 and I have irregular periods. So I know that I'm underweight..by 2 stone. But I think I look a normal weight but sometimes I see myself and think would I look better with some weight?
I think if I gain weight my face will look worse :/ ..so I guess this is more related to my BDD

my friends tell me I look fine/have a cute figure, sometimes they say I could gain a bit and they always make sure I eat. But when I get some weight on my stomach I just feel like I've let myself go.
I don't feel comfortable eating infront of other people. I'm not happy with my body but I'm not sure what will make me happy.
my antidepressants mean I'm never hungry, so its very easy.

I know I should eat more healthily, exercise and on the one hand I wouldn't mind being curvier, I might quite like it it does make you feel more sexy..I just don't know
help?

You may have an eating disorder, they often start very discrete then by the time you realise you'd had it. Best thing to do is probably see a doctor, or if you really hate that idea, try and trick yourself into eating, and make sure you always have breakfast.
6 stone isn't a particularily healthy weight at all, some people are naturally underweight, I am, but it's not always a good think to try and provoke it to go lower. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a healthy balanced diet and excersise (to a sensible degree) if you must.
Eating a little even if you've convinced yourself you're not hungry, is better than nothing at all

it sounds like your on the road to one from the details you provided. i agree with person above to go see a doctor before this becomes any worse. Please make yourself eat. I know you may feel like your fattening yourself up, but your not and eating is very important. even when you take your anti-depressants try to set a goal for yourself each day to build up to having a balanced diet daily. They dont have to be big at all. Best of luck
