I have eaten in 3 days is a Yorkie and a Packet of Crisps, is that bad?

yes indeed sir, thats at most 500 calories , and over 3 day u should be eating about 6000 calories. With that little amount of food and unhealthy food at that u can get really tired, weak, i suggest u eat more and healthier so that u don't get the more severe side affects such as hallucinations , black outs etc. drink lot of water too. hope this helped

Is this a chronic problem? It definitely is not near a recommended amount of calories per day..

Yes your 5500 calories off ! a person should eat 2000 calories per day, along with the recommended amount of carbohydrates, protein, fat, sugar and salt. what you ate was no where near all those requirements for a healthy diet. Hope this helped
