Had a good few months without it. A few. Lived normally, sleeping properly, no real problems with this.

Right now I just want to separate from my body to avoid this whole episode that's starting.

EDIT: The swinging things are more clear now. They're the deamon spiders

but less strong
for me the ground moves sometimes, like its melting to the sides
and theres some things that catch my eye and i cant pull my eyes away without pain, no voices though, but i do have eratic thoughts and the feeling of my world spinning uncontrallably, but mines from drug use
