how does this process go about? i recently mustered up the courage to tell my shrink. we haven't told my parents yet. it's been a week. i've been bulimic for a year. anyways, does anyone know what might be coming in the near future? becuase i'm scared. i don't have a clue what i am doing.

Nobody really understands when they start out
Your shrink will help you every step of the way
They will help you come up with a plan and a way to find and develop coping mechanisms

it'll be alright
Just remember to always be honest
Shrinks aren't there to judge you, they're there to help

like Kodie said, you'll have a sit down with your parents and your shrink and youll make a plane about the best possible way to fix your problem.
