Eating Disorder? :/

I think I'm really fat and stuff and I hate myself.
I find it very hard to eat and when I do eat it's nearly nothing.
When I eat I get like panic and sometimes I throw it up.

Do I have an eating disorder?

It is most likely mental. I suggest seeing a specialist truthfully.

It may be nothing now, but could, over time, make you bulimic.

An evolving eating disorder commonly begins with feelings of self-hatred, worthlessness, depression etc.
Eating habits much like this can rapidly spiral out of control if it isn't treated soon enough.

Bulimia is a very serious condition which is one hell of a nightmare to escape from.
Please, get professional help before it's too late.

You need to stop hating yourself and work what you got! Everyone is born different for a reason. You should definitely talk to someone about it.

okay a few days ago i talked to my teacher and then i told her i puke and stuff..
btw she already knew about my self-hate and everything..
but it feels kinda better now when i've told her (:

on wednesday I'm going to my pshychologist & doctor with 2 of my teachers and my parents..
So then they'll tell my parents about it and I'm so damn scared, or something.. :S

and btw.. this has been going on like a half year?
and I've 'starved' myself over a year

Youu need to go and see your doctor/GP, right now it doesnt sound like an eating disorder, but if you carry on purging you could soon be bulimic, and right now you may be thinking, great at least i'll loose the weight, but its really not the case, you will feel worse for it in the end, when you CANT stop making your sell throw up, and EVENTUALLY when you do, you just put the weight back on, and more.

its really not the way to lose weight, so please go and see a GP who can put you onto a diet plan so you can lose weight the healthy way ;x

I totally understand what you mean. I'm confused about the whole eating disorder stuff too. We hear so much of it lately that one just can't help but wonder if our eating habits are that normal. I think that you should first of all ask yourself if the whole purging and calorie counting is a way to loose some weight or stay thin, or is it some kind of desperate way to resume control of at least that aspect of your life. do you find that you have a really low self esteem and that you feel like hurting yourself quite often? If yes then you most probably should talk to someone and get help. hey you can talk to me about it. I kinda have some experience in that field, not that I'm proud of it.
