Also just went for a little walk. Maybe 3ish miles not sure.

Couldn't sleep for shit last night so thought I might as well keep myself active so I ( hopefully ) don't loose too much energy and feel like a zombie all day

Haven’t worked out in a while I’ve been so fkin busy got damn... finally got some work in. An actual workout I mean. I’ve been doing a ton of pushups but no actual circuit/routine so

I switch my workout up every day - it's best to get variation so your muscles don't get used to the same exercises and stop growing.

Getting stuffed with McDonalds, KFC and Ice Cream...and watching my once screwny body change from skinny-fat to chubby...

Just kidding..I reckon I must enjoy the momont..Besides I was 90lbs at 5'11 and now put on to be 165lbs in 2 yrs...Still my BMI is 23....I will start working out only when my BMI hits 25.

Getting back into working out... ankle injury so still can’t go to the gym, but I have been doing lots of pushups thruout the day, and today did core. Gonna try to hit core everyday from now on, and stretch more. It’ll hopefully help my ankle
