Exclamation To Many Things To Handle, Is Bi-Polar One Of Them?

I want to see if it sounds like I'm Bi-Polar. Not just as a hypothetical but as reality. I switch moods in an instant and nothing has to trigger them. I can be sitting alone in a room and be perfectly happy and about 10 minutes later I become extremely depressed and then I will get mad. Usually by the end of the day I want to cry for hours yet I never do and then I'm happy. It's a constant cycle and I'm getting tired of it. Please help me

Always up to talk =P

Well It sounds like Bipolar disorder but we aren't doctors, and if you do have it you need to see a doctor to get help for it so go see a doctor.
Good Luck

It souds very likely, even though it may just be your hormones.

Keep in mind that Bipolar Disorder is one of the most misdiagnosed mood disabilities among teenagers, so I would go to the doctor so that they can test you correctly.

Tell us how it goes if you see a doctor = )

So if you care to find me, look to the western sky.
As someone told me lately, everyone deserves a chance to fly.

Go to a doctor maybe, or go to relaxation classes, they can really help some people.

And to the original poster, it could very likely just be your hormones, it's a common occurrence among teenagers. Try and see if there's a pattern to it, i.e. it happens just when you wake up or in the middle of the day ect. If this is the case, then it could either be your sleep pattern or maybe your diet affecting your mood. Best thing to do is go get checked out.

Please don't bump old threads.

[It's FEARLESS to have faith that someday things will change. FEARLESS is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who only hurts you, even if you can't breathe without them. And when someone apologizes to you enough times for things they'll never stop doing I think it's FEARLESS to stop believing them. Letting go is FEARLESS. But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after.]
