In order to lose weight in a healthy way you need to have a diet plan with lessor amounts of fats in your food, along with exercise and a regular walk. But beware don't stop eating it will cause problem to your health.

This won't really help all people lose weight, you can lose weight without even being active. Everyone has caloric needs and a metabolic rate, find how many calories you consume on average and eat 600-800 less than that, you can lose up to 2 lbs a week without exercising. However with only exercise but massive amounts of calories you won't lose any adipose tissue

you can do it with sports or diet. my parents started on some low carb high fat diet, it worked very well. they stopped eating flour/gluten, sugar, potatoes and bad oil, and started eating a lot of butter and fat milk/cream

Stop spreading that thing people-fat doesn't make you fat! It's actually a very important macronutrient your body needs. Especially guys because no dietary fat consumed=no testosterone...And you don't want that! Cut out your carbs! As carbs are your main source of energy then your body will not be getting energy thus your body will use your stored fat as energy making you loose weight and burn fat!

Hmm. That part didn't seem to work for my stepdad XD.

Also, if I ride a bike along a 300 meter long road back and forth, how many times would I have to do that to burn at least 1,000 calories?
