Default Pre-WWII Japanese Painting

Hello just got this import today, it was pretty beat up but I oiled it off and fixed the wooden frame and this is what it looks like. The deer and dirt it is standing on is actually 3D model and the dirt is actually dirt with adhesive. Thought some people here may appreciate it or be interested in it. It is older than my own grandmother.

What do I do, what do I do

What do I do, what do I do right?

I've noticed that old Japanese art is obsessed with shades of blue. I wonder, is there a reason for that?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think it's because blue was at one time a much harder color to come across, was more expensive, and signified royalty or nobility. I know that is the case with purple. If you could use colors like those it meant that you were a higher class or trying to please a higher class by showing that you had access to them.
