Default Overwhelming emotional pain

Everyday I am reminded of what I need to do to make myself better but simply can't do it. My own mind feels like it's working against me. I have Aspergers Syndrome, OCD, and what feels very much like Bipolar Disorder and Manic Depression (not officially diagnosed with the last two).

I am consistently engulfed in a fury of infuriation against those who contribute to these feelings and sadness for parts of this that are due to my mistakes.

I'm seriously concerned about potentially hurting myself and others somehow. It is reassuring that there are some (very few) people who understand besides my parents and therapist.

Well I would talk these feelings with your therapist. I would guess he or she would be able to find solutions to make you deal with the feelings and anger and frustration you must feel.

I am gay and happy with that.
I love talking to people very open & willing to listen.
I am also glad to try help with questions or problems.
Hit me up for anything. I promise I don't bite.
