Default Little message to people who are struggling.

We all have different struggles in life, and all deal with these struggles in different ways. But please.
Never ever belittle your own problem just because someone else appears to have it worse than you do.
Don't invalidate your own feelings.
If you're depressed yet you have a good life, you're still depressed. You're still entitled to support.
If you have an eating disorder but you're not the same size as Kate Moss (or just don't think you are) you're still entitled to support.
If you have anxiety but still manage to function like a regular person, you're still entitled to support.
Just because you think you don't have it as bad as someone else, don't let that stop you from seeking help into feeling better, about yourself, about life, and about your future.
Everybody is valid and everybody has a right to be heard, and helped.

More people should know that mental illness is real and can be helped
you're not alone.

So true. Plus mental illness lasts a hell of a time, and has an impact on your mind even after it's "cured" (at least it does to me).
