I dont think thats natural, you might want to see a doctor or ask your parents for help.

It is physically impossible to lose 5 pounds in 24 hours, you must have weighed yourself wrong.

Don't weigh yourself daily because its too soon to measure accurate weight loss. Water, how much food you ate, time of day, all can be factors in weight loss that aren't significant.

Weigh yourself once a week at the same time and see what your results are then.

If i had to guess i'd say you weighed yourself after 3 steak dinners in the morning, then ate nothing else while you used the bathroom 5 times... Then you took a 5 hour nap, and woke up and weighed yourself... Don't worry you almost definitely didn't lose 5 lbs... But still try to slow down a bit, and pace your getting fit! No rush! And its actually healthier to be a little chubby than a little skinny... I think...

You got to understand the fact of water loss.
If you drink alot of water during practice or before and after the water goes to ur muscles then after words it come out when you pee.
REMEMBER 80% of ur body is water.

Whats good?

The percentage of body weight that is water depends on your body makeup. For the normal adult male, it is 60%. For adult females, it tends to less because of a higher, but normal, amount of adipose tissue. In children, 75-80% is normal. Water doesn't just go to muscles. The body uses it for many things. It is one component of sweat, urine, and other body fluids, like cerebrospinal fluid, but it also serves a purpose in maintaining electrolyte balances within the body. So after a run or a workout, drink some water to avoid dehydration.

The 5 pound difference can be attributed to many reasons. The loss or gain of body water is one of them. There could also have been some inconsistencies when you weighed yourself. You may have worn different clothing, and Anthony mentioned the others (time of day, food, water).
