hey guys...
so last night i was upset that my boyfriend went away..and i had been crying. and the last thing i remembered was i holding a blade looking at it.. debating really if i should cut myself.... so soothe myself.. as i cut to soothe myself when i am upset... now lately i have been doing very well.. but last night i cried so much,, i was writing in my journal about how shitty i felt and i blacked out.... when i came out of my haze.. i found myself cutting... it was too late to stop.. as there were already several.. this has happened before.. when i black out and cut how can i make it stop? |

I agree with Doc Crane, get rid of anything that you could use to harm yourself with. Don't worry, it will get better and get easier. Just keep all sharp objects away from yourself.
