Question help?

Someone very close to me has got Bipolar and it seems to be getting worse but they don't want to go to the doctors, they've been on meds for it before and took themselves off of it... I don't know what to do, I want to help them but I don't know how?

Any suggestions?

Be surprised if anyone answers, I'm not even 100% sure of what I'm asking...

Well here is what I would do, but it all depends on how server you think things are. Is there anyway that you could convince your friend to go to a counselor and offer to go with. How long has your friend been on meds? Do you know why he/she went off? Sorry if I didn't help much, Bi polar isn't my forte.

Well roster I'm bipolar with worsening symptoms so yeah I don't feel the need to go see some one bout this but assuming your still in school talk to the school counselor about this and if your friend didn't want any one to know tell the counseler not to mention your name I hope this helped

I think thebest thing you can do, if your friend still refuses help, is to talk to the parents or another adult you trust. I am also bipolar and have been getting along without meds, but if yourfriend seems to be worsening or is a potential dangers to themself orothers seek help right away. I wish you luck.
