Default Bi-polar?

Seriously my moods are crazy. Any of you who talk to me a lot probably already know that though.
When I get depressed, I cut, and get suicidal and just, idk how else to describe it.

Other times I just am so fucking hyper. Like I can hardly sit still. I have to bounce around everywhere and considering i have a heart problem not always the best idea...

Sorry this isn't too much detail my minds a little all over the place xD So could be Bi-polar? Maybe?

From what you've said it is possible that you could be bi-polar. How often do your moods change and on a scale of 1-10 how high do you get and the same for when your low, with 10 being the highest/lowest, if you get what I mean

When your hyper what sort of things do you do? Anything reckless, something that might get you into trouble with he police?

Ermm i'd say about 7 or 8 for both hyper and low.

And not really, but I do just sort of get to a point where I wouldn't care. I tend to try and jump down my stairs and run around my house a lot. I also get angry easily over stupid things when i'm in that mood.

Hmmm, from everything you've told me it does sound like it could be bi-polar. However I'm not an expert and the sypmtoms you've described could point to any number of things.
I think the best thing to do is talk about your concerns with your councillor.

Hope this helps

sounds like it could be... How long does each high and low last? If it's like, a day or something, then it probaby isn't bipolar. Bipolar is more long phases of each high and low, like weeks or months.

It's complicated.

I have long periods of time where i'm either depressed or hyper all the time, although I can get depressed moods within hyper phases, and hyper moods within depressed phases. If that makes any sense to anyone?

But what I feel in each phase is slightly different.

During a hyper phase, my hyper mood makes me bounce around everywhere, and not really care what happens. Like i'd do dangerous things and not care. My depressed mood within in this is kind of similar. I have so much energy, and I really don't care. That means that I just can do anything. I feel kind of lost and confused. Like i'm happy.... but that it's somehow fake and not real, and that feeling makes me feel lost.

When i'm in a depressed mood, when I get depressed it's just like emptiness. It's really horrible :/

My mood does change very very rapidly, and very often so I don't know.

Definitely see someone. In what you've been saying, I'm hearing symptoms of both Bipolar I and Borderline. You'll need to get someone to give their professional opinion on which you'd have, if either.

And I'm sorry I had the whole thing wrong. Well, I guess I'm the sorriest of all.
And I'm sorry that you are feeling small. And I'm sorry that I'm not used to crawling.
And I'm sorry the writing's on the wall. Well, I guess I'm the sorriest of all.
