I run lots of sprints and do an increase amount of core exercises (planks, v situps, crunches) for track. But When lifting I love benchpress, I love deadlift, I love bicep curls, pullups and dips are thrown in, I rarely hit squats but do the leg press machine and I love hitting shoulders. I think I might want to try yoga to become more flexible though.
