I used to take pills to fall asleep, but eventually I just quit trying to fall asleep on time anyway. So now I just go to sleep whenever I do and don't force it.

Usually that means I fall asleep at 4 AM and get up at 7AM, and just catch up the hours over the weekend. Yeah... not recommended. I don't know how I even function throughout the day towards the end of the week.
