Thank you, mr_smite, but I do rest normally with my lifting. I lift, take a day to break and let my muscles rest, and then lift. It happens when I don't like for 4 or 5 days, and then when I start lifting again, I'm not sore anymore.
I stopped eating junk foods a while ago, and that's all you need to do to get a healthy diet.
As for the sleep part, I know I have problems there, but I have chronic insomnia, and it's incredibly hard for me to sleep. I don't masturbate a lot, maybe once or twice a day. Maybe I should do it more.
