Well then some servers might have capped bandwidth. Like downloading mods or add-ons for games and such. The sites that mirror large files like that usually go slow to persuade you to subscribe and get a faster download speed. Could you be a little more specific though? KiloBytes or kilobits? (KB = KiloByte; kb = kilobit). And what package are you signed up for with your DSL company (what speed - down/up)?
