No, popo, that's not a wise way to tell if your video card is any good. There are many games being made for next-gen video cards that don't even perform well in normal detail.

And Sid, your video card is an nVidia GeForce 6200 (you gave the model number ). I just simply Googled that and figured it out. With that knowledge, I can tell you that your video card is pretty good. It should play most games very well that were developed in mid 2005 and prior (including games like America's Army, Unreal Tournament 2004, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and Battlefield 1942 just for example). The only thing that would hold back performance would be the processor and RAM - if those are both good, then you have a nice gaming box
