Hmmm... Try going into the CMOS Setup and changing the boot order. Make the hard drive (with your active partition on it) boot first, or just try making the floppy drive boot last. In other words, either make your hard drive (with the active partition) boot first or make the floppy drive boot last. One of those two things should help.
