Actually, the Reputation System is enabled for everyone, however, Josh and Francis have their default Rep Power of 10 as it's still set in their account information, while I am using the same rules as everyone else. Anyway, you can all vote to approve or disapprove of someone's posts. This is what you should do: use the Reputation System!

Though as a tip, if you provide helpful information with plenty of content in a post, people are more likely to vote for you to add to your reputation. If flame someone or purposefully be rude to someone or the community in general, people are more likely to vote against you to subtract from your reputation. It's a good thought keep in mind before every post
