I'm not sure how you could speed it up, as I don't know if diet and exercise and gaining more muscle mass (from the exercise) would really work ... I suggest speaking to a health/fitness professional.
im not sure how to speed it up but i want mine to slow down, havent a clue how mine is fast when i dont do much exercise, mine always been fast from being really yound, try being hypor like me that might help
