well, on a scale of 1-10, how depressed are u? A few years ago, i became really depressed. i'm not entirley sure what got me out of it but i asked my self what i had to be depressed about (i came up with nothing). that kinda helped. i also kinda just tried to keep my mind on things that make me happy (music, comedy, etc...). having something to look foward to helps also (concert, sporting event, a date, etc...). try to interact with other people who make u happy. well good luck and happy b-day.
