First of all, welcome to VT!!
I think that's just normal, I do that all the time. Usually when I'm hungry, tried, sick, or anything that would make me feel bad. I sometimes feel alot better if I go to the bathroom!
Sometimes if we're down we feel like nobody wants to talk to us. It's natural. It might be a instinct. Like, we might isolate ourselfs and others might stay away from people who are in a bad mood so they can keep on with their lives and contribuate. It's fine and you have nothing to worry about.
Get out more and exersise. Just being outside can lighten a mood.
