Go to My Computer >> SystemPartition (usually C >> Documents and Settings >> TheAccountYouWant >> Application Data >> Sun >> Java >> Deployment >> Cache >> Javapi >> v1.0 >> jar. You should be able to delete everything in there, as it's only temporary cache. If you didn't find anything or found the wrong things, you should switch TheAccountYouWant to a different account name.

If you still can't find it, maybe your antivirus deleted it or it might have gotten deleted on a reboot. Anyway, it's in a jar, which is simply a compressed java compilation. It cannot be executed, only opened. The things inside it might be able to be executed, but I don't see why they would be if nothing opens the jar files
