I know you probly dont want to hurt her feeling by going out and telling someone, it was a good desiction to come here and talk about it.
I also know that you are extremely stressed out well this is what you should try and do.
1. Talk to her about it talk about a lot of good things and what she would miss
2. Hang out alot and try to cheer her up, ake her out (not like gf and bf) I mean go to a movie with a bunch of friends
3. Talk to your parents or guidince counsler they can help alot and usually classified
