i think medication wouldnt b the answer. but the phsycologist is a good idea since they can help you solve things out. also a little bit of phsycology from myself, it may be pretty hard right now to see the good things about yourself and what you do because you tend to feel bad more. but you really need to reflect on yourself and for maybe just an hour think ONLY good things about yourself and try and remember times when you were laughing and having fun. after that i bet youd feel good is offline   Reply With Quote
