please football players my ass.. im in swimming and weight lifting and running may not be as strong as the foot ball players but im 10x more built then them and carry more endurance
football players are shaped to be not necessarily built but
Fat and big and and to run short yards fast.
if you want to gain strength then max out your weight .
it helps to build muscle faster.
after you gain te amount of muscle you wanted to, out then do reps to keep that physique or continue to max out to get bigger.
don't forget to eat protein, either if its a power or eggs .
when your muscle rips it uses that protein to heal the muscle helping it to grow .
i suggest eggs or steak.. lots of it
