screaming usually helps relive stress its like taking a baloon with all ur stress in side and blowing it till it explodes it feel so much better and its a good way to let it out.. another way is talking to a friend of urs or of ur family's because if you depressed you dont always feel like yelling you feeling like crawling in a shell and being left alone i have been there
