I go to the gym about once a week so it's coming along nicely, but i eat alot of shit rather than vegtables. Do some crunches when you get up and before you go to bed.

All these health people say eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day but no-one does that. I just drink a lot of juice + smoothies. There's no shortcut unfortunately
