Dips (look on google for pictures on how to do these)

You cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the sam time . . you have to do one or the either .. the best bet would to start exersizing and eating less (not anything different you will ever hear) once when you are just about slim in a few months to a year start to bulk and lift weight then you will not only have a flat stomach, but a rock ahrd one. . otherwise you will have a bunch of gross loose skin like me! But im stll losing weight hehe


oh and a literal answer to your question: the best exersize for your stomach is to eat haha
