Although I am the counselor, I don't have you IP, and even if I did, it still wouldn't be worth it
If you asked me this in 2001, then I could do it in a breeze, but Microsoft has found nearly every hole in their OS. Those holes that haven't been 'filled' yet are necessary and a select few processes (local and remote) have permission to actually 'use' them. I think the biggest problem in XP is the remote connection, which has various security flaws, but that's only if the computer is on and the hacker uses a brute force attack towards the victim.
Anyway it goes, I would have to have all day just to get in to a poorly guarded system like that - mainly because of all the info I'd have to get just from the IP address.
Besides, nowadays I'm more in to scripting and the hacks I might be interested in are strictly white-hat.
