erm i read something and im just wondering, do those who considder yourself depressed come into this catogory:
You get little excercise? (i dont mean go to the gyn everyday ect)
You drink soda and fizzy drinks, and snack on sugery snacks and chips and in general, not excatly good food?
You take oranges, and orange juice ect and eat oily fish?
You dont listen to alot of music?
now i want to also know if you always had this lifestyle, and have you changed this and did you fell any better
