You don't have
to masturbate if you don't want to. The best thing to try, is just doing what feels nice.
Just become aware of you're body. Take some time to look at yourself. Move your hands around your body, if something feels good, go with it. Do what comes naturally.
Don't be scared, it's very unlikely that you'll hurt yourself because YOU are in complete control. So, if you feel discomfort in anyway, you can stop.
