I've got ideas to break the habit of cutting!
-rub an ice cube on your skin instead of cutting it
-drink a glass of water
-call a friend
-take a shower
-go for a walk or a run
-play with a pet
-draw, scribble, or color designs on paper
-rip up some paper
-listen to music that will shift your mood
-wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it against your skin
-draw on the skin with a red pen in the place you might usually cut
You can tune a piano, but you can\'t tuna fish!
