Hun, I'm really truely sorry that you're feeling like this. I know someone who has a similar problem and I know it's not easy to deal with but you have to do something to try and vent your emotions. Otherwise you'll do something you might regret.
Try taking up a sport like rugby or something that demands a bit of agression or lots of energy. Or if you arent a sporty person try crying or screaming. Nomatterwhat people say bout this, it does work for some.
