how much do i weigh now?.....how about now?..now?
the thing is, i don't count the calories that i eat like everyone eles, i'm just obbsessed with weighing myself, to see if i've lost pounds, and if i've gained weight i know no to eat that many meals/ not to eat that big of a meal. and its so frustrating because i keep on loosing pounds and gaining them. i weighed myself before i went to sleep last night, and in the morning, and i lost 5 punds in my sleep. oh and sometimes i count how many times my stomache rumbles in a day and see how much it adds up to in weight lost. ughhh
