is it ok?
i'm trying to eat regular meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) but its just so hard. all i think about is oh, you've had a meal and a snack already, so thats it for today) and i just subconstantly tell myself i'm not hungry. and i always just end up eating a meal and a snack everyday. i mean, i guess its alright, i'm not loosing weight and i'm not gaining weight so is it ok?
