theres always going to be flaws in our legal system and nothing is perfect. if your convicted of murder, in the eyes of that state you are a murderer. if they made a mistake, theres nothing anyone can do. its not anyways fault, its just a fluke in life. you cant just not give people the death penalty simply because there might be a rare case that someone on death row is innocent. they dont deserve the benefit of the doubt because killing killers is more important than making sure innocent people only get life
