No doctor is fine if you don't really need one. Alot of people here will try to help as best they can.
Basicly, it boils down to changing your life to get better. If you do the samething you have been doing then you can only expect to get the same results. So you need to make some changs to recover. Do something everyone else won't do like x sports, skydiving, and stuff like that. It will change the way people look at you and what they think about you.
Other less dramatic changes work just as well I just can't think of any at the monent.
