yeah, but it's usually set on either Master or Cable-Select by default (pending on brand) so if it's on master and another drive is on master on the same IDE cable, then it will take the first signal that it receives and boot from that one. If no OS is found, then it cant boot.
but ummm... yeah, it basically speaks for itself except for the jumper settings.
...speaking of jumpers, I cant believe my motherboard doesnt have a J11
that should be a crime...
