i use a pillow 2 squeeze inbetween my legs.(not 'up there' mind u. i do not stick it up there) and i think "happy thoughts" ..lol i tried the hand..didn't work out.
I first discovered it when i was 10. i was in school,then i crossed my legs. when i squeezed my legs 2 sit up better.it felt good. i didn't know what it was then. when i was 13. i found out and did it every once a month. then when i was 15. i did it atleast 2 times a week.heehee. now i do it more often. thatz all.
I would rather b hated 4 what I love doing ,than be loved 4 doing what I hate.
