Tips for when you're having a Mental Crisis.
Just wrote out a few things to help you out when you may be having a mental crisis.
1.) Post here of course. You know that we're all here for you always! Just post and everyone here has great advice.
2.) Talk to a friend that you TRUST. Friends are a great thing in life. They're always there to help you and this also applies to number one.
3.) Try harder to obtain a value that you lack. Say that you lack intelligence. Instead of focusing on your mental crisis, focus on your new goal that you want to achieve.
4.) Read. Reading takes you into a whole different world. You forget about everything and you think about exploring this new world and what it's all about. But also, the more you read, the more you can understand about life and it's difficulties.
5.) Talk to your school psychiatrist. It's what they're there for. They want to help you. The problem with this is that you have to let them help you! Sometimes you'll go in thinking that this won't help you at all and that you're just wasting your time but they went to college for this and they will try your best to help you in your situation.
6.) Just relax. Reflect over your life. Look at other times that you've gone through a similar ordeal, and then think of what you did then to get out of it. Also try to think of what positive came out of a past ordeal and motivate yourself to sort things out.
7.) Reasonably confront your problem, whether it's a person or even your self. Violence is just the easy way out. It will get you no farther and will only come back to double the mental low that you're experiencing.
8.) Forget about it. Just forget about what's bothering you. Who cares? It's your life and you shouldn't be thinking about what the perfect conformant man would be doing. Just follow your intuition and start all over. Don't let things come back the way they started.
