i started working out at you age. however, i was doing it for football and hockey. My coach helped me develop a plan which was safe for me and that would be truely effective.
the first step is to really ask what your goal is for working out. remember, push ups and sit ups do tos for you. however if your ging to start... take it slow, ask questions if you dont know how to do something, and get help getting started from someone who knows exactly what they're doing. everyone is different, and eeryone needs a workout as differnt and unique as them to achieve results that will make you really happy.
