As for meds for the headaches, something with a general painkiller (slightly stronger than the over the counter stuff, depending on the severity of the headaches) and an anti-imflamitory would probably work.
I'll ask about a physiotherapist, and stronger painkillers/anti-inflammatories...you could probably categorize them as 'severe-' I didn't go to school today because I woke up and couldn't move my head or neck, it was awful.
